This page explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work when you purchase from ShopVersse.xyz. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original condition—unused, unworn, and free from any damage caused after delivery.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, including tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, or promotional items (if applicable).
  • You must initiate a return request within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These include:

  • Intimate wear, lingerie, undergarments, and swimsuits
  • Cosmetics, skincare, and personal hygiene products
  • Perishable goods such as food, beverages, or flowers
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized items
  • Digital goods, e-gift cards, and downloadable products

2. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@shopversse.xyz within 14 days of receiving the item. Include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the Product: Securely pack the product in its original box or equivalent protective packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and promotional items.
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to the provided address. Unless the return is due to our mistake (defective, damaged, or wrong item), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Inspection: Once received, our quality check team will inspect the product to ensure it meets return eligibility.
  6. Refund/Exchange: If approved, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within the stipulated timeframe.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used at checkout, unless agreed otherwise. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • UPI/Wallets/Net Banking: 3–7 business days
  • PayPal/International Payments: 7–14 business days

Refunds will cover the product cost but not shipping fees, COD charges, or other handling costs unless the issue is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We also offer exchanges on eligible products. You may request an exchange for:

  • A different size
  • A different color
  • A replacement for a defective or damaged item

If the requested variation is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a full refund. Exchange shipping costs may apply.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Steps:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@shopversse.xyz.
  2. Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after receiving it.
  • Approved cancellations made before dispatch will be fully refunded.

7. Store Credit

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive store credit which can be used for future purchases on ShopVersse.xyz.

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months.
  • Credits cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.

8. Responsibility for Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
  • ShopVersse.xyz is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

9. Exceptions

We may refuse a return or refund request in the following cases:

  • The return request was initiated after 14 days of delivery.
  • The product is used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • The product is missing original tags, packaging, or accessories.
  • The item was marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable.
